Cancellation Policy

Booking & Participation: Each participant includes 1 child and 1 adult. Unable to Attend Your Scheduled Session? If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice to receive a full refund. If you are unable to provide 48 hours' notice, we are happy to offer the option to reschedule the play session for a later date that works for you. Session Guidelines: Play sessions run for 1 hour and 30 minutes. We close the center for 30 minutes in between sessions to reset the town and table area. All children must be supervised by their accompanying adult at all times. Children cannot be unaccompanied whilst in the town. Health & Safety: If you or your child are feeling unwell, please stay home to help keep our space safe for everyone. Socks must be worn in the play area by both children and adults. By participating in a play session, you agree to follow these policies to help ensure a fun and enjoyable experience for all. We look forward to seeing you at To the Moon and Back! 🚀✨
